How does invoicing works?
The first invoice you receive is for the number of workdays left in that month. Prior to the start date of your personnel, this must be paid. You will get an invoice for the next month on the first of each month, with adjustments made for the actual hours actually worked in the preceding month. What if the employee is sick or wants to take holidays?
As there is no requirement to pay for sick days or holidays, you are just obligated to pay for the hours worked. However, you are free to do so if you want to pay the virtual assistant for their time off.

What about Overtime?
Virtual assistants must get the client's consent before working any overtime. If you need to work overtime, you can communicate with your authorized project manager.
Do I sign a contract once I hired a dedicated Virtual Assistant?
Yes. A Service Level Agreement (SLA) will be sent to you for signature. Your virtual assistant, on the other hand, will sign the Independent Contractor Agreement with us so that they are informed of the extent of their tasks and obligations, liabilities, and confidentiality guidelines.
Is it safe to give financial information like bank accounts and passwords to my virtual assistant?
Although all of our virtual assistants through a thorough interview and verification process and shared the value of being trustworthy, we advise that you first build a working connection with your virtual assistant so that you feel comfortable sharing this kind of information.
